I’ve been doing this Facebook lead gen process for myself for 5 years, and advising my bookkeeper clients on bits and pieces for years in strategy calls (with good results) 💕
I wanted to create a more streamlined step-by-step process, clear and simple, and rich with support, tools and resources.
So, I started with a one-on-one beta program to spot patterns, work out the kinks, and create a smooth bookkeeper-specific lead gen system

This group program is quick (an 8-week intensive). We'll be covering a lot of ground FAST.
This also isn't a "post every day for a month to go viral and get clients" thing. You'll have to put in consistent effort. You'll have to get a bit uncomfortable.
But it will all be clearly laid out. And you'll have plenty support in the group calls and group chat. As well as a wealth of tools and resources I've made specifically for bookkeepers.
Our goal isn't to go viral - it's to plant and cultivate a healthy "tomato garden" 🍅 that keeps bearing fruit and bringing in leads on repeat.
In the group program, we’ll get clear on who you wanna reach out to. Find the places they are on Facebook and bring them into your world. Navigate common Facebook group problems. And set up your profile and page (and perhaps your email list) so that they keep hearing from you and building trust with you.
You'll also have a bank of content templates to make your life easier, for posting in groups and following up with new contacts, etc.
And you’ll also get copies of the templates and spreadsheets I use in my own systems (and modified for bookkeepers)
I’ll be teaching you and doing it with you, but I won’t be doing it for you.
And if you hire a VA to help with the process (totally doable), they’re of course welcome to join the calls (or even be your call proxy! LOL I’ve had that happen before)
If you’re able to be consistent with the system over 3 months, you should start seeing some traction before Thanksgiving - hopefully even a client or two 🙂
That's our goal here - to get your lead gen habits up and running (and your cold leads warmed up!) before the end of the year ... so you aren't scrambling for leads at the end of the year, like most other bookkeepers

I've made the process as simple and repeatable as possible, but it does take a little time and effort - especially at the beginning - if you’re ok with that 🙂
But it’s the most reliable system that’s worked for me, time and time again, over and over, for getting new clients regularly. (I went through this process all over again after my maternity leave this spring, and after a couple of months it worked like a charm)
